It puzzles me that I see so few women who look like me at races despite living in a country that has top notch facilities for athletes - and have found that a lot of the barriers that women in India face are present across the diaspora as well.
Never think that you are too old to learn a new skill or start your journey on fitness. It all boils down to only one thing- How badly do you want it, and how hard are you willing to work for it? If you want, you will- Dr.Ashwini I would say take the plunge, and soon you'll be on the racing track!
